While we always aim to arrive at your scheduled time, please note that traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays may result in our team arriving earlier or later than expected, or in rare cases, needing to reschedule.
We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
Additional Service Requests
All requests for additional services must be submitted to the office no later than the day before your scheduled cleaning.
Same-day or on-site requests may be denied to ensure timely service and accurate scheduling.
Please do not request additional services directly from on-site staff.
All service changes must be made through the office to prevent delays, miscommunication, or invoicing issues. On-the-spot additions may extend service time and incur additional charges.
Estimates & Flat Rates
All service estimates are approximate and not final, as the actual cost may vary depending on the condition and size of the home, which can only be assessed upon arrival.
Flat rates for recurring cleanings are based on average cleaning times. If cleaning times have consistently increased or decreased, the rate may be adjusted accordingly.
Clients will always be notified and approval will be obtained before any pricing changes are made.
Damages & Complaints
Any damage or service concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the cleaning, with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
We are unable to make invoice adjustments or consider compensation after the 48-hour window has passed.
Overtime & After-Hour Requests
Services requested outside of regular business hours (including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays) may be subject to additional overtime fees. These fees will be communicated and approved in advance where possible.
Past Due Invoices
All outstanding invoices must be paid in full before the next scheduled cleaning.
Failure to do so may result in a pause or refusal of service until the account is brought current.
